SeaCow Pond Irish Moss harvester Cindy Brennan will introduce you to this unique Island industry. First to the farm to see how Irish Moss is dried and stored, then meet the horses before taking them down to the shore to harvest the moss by dragging a rake behind the horse. Help gather up the moss and lay it out for drying. Lunch will be provided at the Seaweed Pie Café, including a slice of seaweed pie.
