All gifts to the Campaign will be acknowledged with a personalized thank you letter signed by a Campaign Co-Chair and mailed within five business days of receiving the gift. In some situations, it may be determined that an alternate signatory would be more appropriate.
 

All Donors have the right to request anonymity. At minimum, however, it is necessary for the Canvassers, Campaign Co-Chairs, Treasurer, and Office Coordinator to know the details of all gifts to the Campaign.
 

Donors who contribute from $100 - $999 will be acknowledged as Friends of the Arena and will be listed as such on a Wall of Honour to be displayed at the Centennial Arena and in a tribute list to be attached to the Committee's finial report following completion of the Campaign.
 

Donors who contribute between $1,000 and $4,999 will be acknowledged as Bronze Contributors and will be listed as such on a Wall of Honour to be placed in a prominent location at the Centennial Arena, and in a tribute list attached to the Committee's finial report following completion of the Campaign. All Donors in this category will also be recognized in a tribute list to be placed in the (Local Newspaper) at the launch and/or completion of the Campaign.
 

Donors who contribute between $5,000 and $9,999 will be acknowledged as Silver Contributors and will be listed as such on a Wall of Honour to be placed in a prominent location at the Centennial Arena, and in a tribute list to be attached to the Committee's finial report following completion of the Campaign. Donors in the category will also receive logo/photo recognition in the (local Newspaper).
 

Donors who contribute between $10,000 and $24,999 will be acknowledged as Gold Contributors and will be listed as such on a Wall of Honour to be placed in a prominent location at the Centennial Arena. Donors will also receive logo/photo recognition in a tribute list to be attached to the Committee's final report following completion of the Campaign. Donors in this category will also receive logo/photo recognition in (Local Newspaper). Special naming opportunities are also available at this level. Gold Contributors will also receive special recognition and acknowledgement at the Campaign Launch and Completion ceremonies.
 

 Donors who contribute between $25,000 and $49,999 will be acknowledged as Platinum Contributors and will be listed as such on a Wall of Honour to be placed in a prominent location at the Centennial Arena. Donors will also receive logo/photo recognition in a tribute list to be attached to the Committee's final report following completion of the Campaign. Donors in this category will also receive logo/photo recognition in (Local Newspaper). Platinum contributors will also receive special recognition and acknowledgement at the Campaign Launch and Completion ceremonies. Special naming opportunities are available at this level and can be discussed in person with the Campaign Co-Chairs.
 

Donors who contribute over $50,000 will be acknowledged as Diamond Contributors and will be listed as such on a Donor Wall to be placed in a prominent location at the Centennial Arena. Diamond Donors will also receive logo/photo recognition in a tribute list to be attached to the Committee's finial report following completion of the Campaign, and logo/photo recognition in (Local Newspaper). Diamond contributors will also receive special recognition and acknowledgement at the Campaign Launch and Completion ceremonies. Special naming opportunities are available at this level and can be discussed in person with the Campaign Co-Chairs.
 

Due to the limited availability, some naming opportunities shall be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis. When a donor expresses an interest in a naming opportunity, the canvasser may introduce the various options to the donor for information purposes, however the Campaign Co-Chairs, in consultation with the Campaign Committee shall have final approval of all naming opportunities.
 

The value assigned to a particular naming opportunity represents the total commitment of the donor to the Campaign at the outset, and does not include additional gifts the donor makes, or has made, to the Centennial Arena. The value that each opportunity carries reflects its desirability and visibility, and is not necessarily a reflection of the actual cost of the item.
